stayed in rome before, passpartout exceeded expectations. modern design, comfy beds, welcoming staff, fresh breakfast, close to vatican. unforgettable experience.

The double room was stunning and perfect for what we needed. Magnificent location and overall the staff was wonderful. It took only 10 minutes to walk to Gabba bus stop🙂

I didn't want to say goodbye and will be back. I greatly enjoyed the hotel, its beautiful room and courteous staff. My room included a mini bar, climate control, and flat-screen television. The property had a great location, close to a subway station. I had coffee at Antico Caffe' San Pietro, located within 15 minutes walk...

the hotel was wonderful, i thoroughly enjoyed it, especially city view. the location of the venue was marvellous - at a short distance from a famous chapel.

The location was excellent and stunning with a drugstore and market within walking distance. the hotel was not too far from a large plaza. the room featured a mini-bar, climate control, and multi-channel TV, which was great.

The staff was amazing, greeting me with genuine warmth and even preparing my coffee with a lot of love and enthusiasm. the location was perfect, right next to a famous landmark. the room had a lovely boutique feeling that I really enjoyed.
The lack of emergency stairs and the situation with the bed were major issues. It felt unsafe not having a proper emergency exit, and having a bed taken without any notice was unacceptable.

We really enjoyed this hotel. the most important was the staff - lovely and kind people. - the setting was stunning, close enough to everything, from restaurants and bars to drug store, tabacco store, and mini market.

The room was really nice and had everything you need - a shower, hairdryer, and even a bidet. the private bathroom was well-equipped with all the essentials. Its location was great, right in the heart of the city. 🌟
